This is a general guideline of what I have to offer, and my terms and conditions for commissioning me for an illustration.For any enquiries, feel free to drop me a message on social media, or email 4nimenut★gmail.com (★->@)For inquiries related to 3D animation (as well as my animation demo reel), please contact me on my animation twitter account instead (@shaowow0w).Please note that all prices listed here are strictly for personal commissions only (i.e. for personal use).
Commercial prices are 2.5 times of what is listed here. Please feel free to reach out via email for further discussion.You are strictly NOT allowed to use my art for NFT purposes.(If you can’t commission me, please feel free to check out my ko-fi as well!)

Terms and Conditions

Usage

Do not use my artwork for NFT purposesYou are allowed to re-upload / resize / crop the image as long as there is explicit credit with a link back to my social media given. Please refrain from directly editing the final artworkAll commissions are strictly for personal use only. You can reprint your commissioned art in any way, as long as it is non-profitPlease email me directly for details on for-profit / commercialized commissions

Payment

Payment is made via Paypal at the momentAll prices are listed in USD, and will be paid in full once the sketch is finalizedOnce the final price has been decided, an invoice will be sent to your Paypal email

Refund Policy

No refunds are allowed once payment has been madeI reserve the right to decline and refund a commission, if I feel that I am certainly unable to complete it, or if I feel that I’m not suited to draw your request at any point of time

Work Process

Under normal circumstances, my turnaround time can range from 1 week to 1.5 months, depending on the type of commission requested. I will notify you if there are any changes to my schedule, which may affect the progress of the commission as much as possible.If you have an ideal deadline, please let me know when making your request.Please also describe your request with as much detail as possible.Once the details have been discussed, I will make a rough sketch of your commission. Please let me know of any changes you would like me to make at this point of time.
I will send WIP shots of your commission as much as I possibly can during the process.I may also stream the progress of your commission on my Twitch channel. Please inform me beforehand if you are uncomfortable with this in advance!

By commissioning me, you agree to the above terms and conditions.

Work Samples

Portraits

- $40 base price
- One character MAX
- Simple backgroundAdditional prices may apply for overly complex designs (further discussions required)

Simpler Illustrations

Often consists of close-ups, with a relatively simpler background (or none at all).Since this is a very flexible option, the following prices are NOT fixed, but more of what you can expect. Prices will vary depending on the overall complexity. To help me estimate a suitable price range, please provide as many details as possible about your request!   - Waist-up: $80 - $100
   - Full body: $150
   - Additional characters: +$40 - $80
     (further discussion required, preferably 2 max)
   - Background
     - Single colour: free
     - Simple background with some details: +$25

Complex Illustrations

Often features a larger emphasis on background elements, aside from characters.Since this is a very flexible option, the following prices are NOT fixed, but more of what you can expect. Prices will vary depending on the overall complexity. To help me estimate a suitable price range, please provide as many details as possible about your request!   - Base price: $250 minimum
   - Additional characters: +$100 (further discussion required, preferably 3 max)
   - Background
     - Simple background: +$30
     - Complex (heavy detail, architecturally complex etc): +$100-150

How to Commission

Either:

   - Send me a DM via social media (I am most active on Twitter / Instagram!)Your message should also include, wherever possible:
   - Contact information (social media etc), if sending by email
Paypal email
   - Type of commission (Tell me what you have in mind!)
   - Reference pictures, including pose references, if any (greatly appreciated!)
   (please make sure these are clear, visible images).
   - Concepts / pose / any other base ideas you may have in mind for your commission, if any
   - Bonus: Mention any particular artwork of mine that you like, so I may know what kind of atmosphere you might be going for!Please keep in mind that I still reserve the right to decline your commission if I think that I am unable to do it, or if I am not comfortable with what is being requested.
